Not able to add new SSH Public keys to Azure devops

We are not able to add SSH Public Keys to Azure Devops.
I am performing gitops integration with AzureArc and I demand to add keys so that cluster tin read the git repo for updates.

When I effort to add a key, it does nothing. Non even an error displayed. I tried both chrome and edge browsers.
